Notify identifies the Singpass app user by their NRIC/FIN and delivers the message to the user’s Singpass Inbox.
For recipients who do not use the Singpass app, Notify will inform the sending agency that your message cannot be delivered to them. You can then determine whether to send an SMS to the user’s mobile number registered with Singpass.
The message should be concise, and adhere to the following guidelines.
1. Singpass Inbox message: Less than 1000 characters
2. SMS message: Less than 459 characters (or the equivalent of 3 SMS messages)
